Notes On Using The Wabco Caliper Carrier
Notes On Using The Wabco Caliper Carrier
1. Safety blankets or other safety measures with good ventilation.
2. Air brake should be used within the allowable contact and brake load. If used after using the permissible conductive brake during operation, it will increase heat generation and the friction surface will become red and hot. If it is too hot, it may cause a fire. In addition, it will directly affect the performance of the air brake, so make sure to use it in brake jobs that allow contact.
3. Do not increase the number of revolutions caliper carrier until the allowed number of rotations is exceeded.
When the number of revolutions exceeds the allowable number of revolutions, the shaking becomes severe and damage or dispersion can lead to a very serious condition, depending on the case. Be sure to use the number of revolutions and adjust the protective cap.
4. The friction plate used must not be contaminated with water or grease, otherwise it will affect the working torque or performance.
5. Before installing the air brake, check the surroundings. If there is moisture, oil, dirt, vibration, high humidity environment will directly affect the life and performance of compressed air equipment.
6. Assemble the brake position, use brake force and drive force to make the shaft as balanced as possible.
7. The compressed air outlet must be located on the brake caliper carrier body to facilitate air release.
8. The position of the turbocharger and the oil pressure source should be higher than the brake, and as close to the brake as possible.
9. The brake disc should be installed in the center of the brake chuck. The distance should be less than 0.2mm. Brake disc capacity should be controlled within 0.1mm.
10. Before using the air compressor air brake, exhaust all the air in the brake body, loosen the bolts of the discharge port, and put a transparent rubber hose.
